How to Climb a Rope

Lefty Kapanadze

Lefty Kapanadze survived sepsis, chronic bronchitis and frequent pneumonia as a kid growing up in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. His father/coach pushed him to his limits, including running in Caucasus Mountains at 14. There, Lefty felt strength and powerful will to take back his health. He became a competitive swimmer, downhill mountain racer, semi-pro baseball player. OCR now runs in his veins.
