Catching Up with Amelia Boone

One of OCR's most decorated athletes is charting a new path—and she's not looking back. Amelia Boone, the obstacle course racing legend who dominated the sport for years, recently sat down with the Ginger Runner Live to reveal what's driving her evolution from mud and walls to mountain miles, her bold move to Colorado, and why she's still got unfinished business in the OCR world.

She's one of OCR's original gangstas (OG) turned ultrarunning sweetheart. Amelia Boone has also inspired countless fans with her openness about personal struggles. That's why we enjoyed hearing an update from Amelia on a recent episode of the Ginger Runner Live. 

In this episode of GRL, Amelia talks about why she left the Bay Area for Colorado and what it has been like easing out of OCR to move more and more into ultrarunning.
