At MudGear, we're proud to have built a loyal customer base by taking care of our customers since 2012.  Rest assured that we are here to make things right.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - If you have already received your shipment and would like to request a return or exchange, please click the link below:

Please notify us of your issue within 60 days of your order date.  If you need to return a product because it is damaged or not the product that you ordered, we will send you a postage-paid shipping label for your return.

If you need to return a product because you would like a different size, color, or other feature, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return these items. Upon approval, a shipping address will be provided for your return. Some items are non-returnable, including gift cards and certain products that are custom screen-printed or embroidered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. An approved return may be accepted for exchange or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned items, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
