Eddie Salinas has participated in competitive sports all his life.  He was introduced to OCR in the spring of 2017, instantly fell in love with the sport, got his first OCR podium and qualified for the North American OCR Championships and OCR World Championships within his first year.  He considers every athlete in OCR his family and is always encouraging everyone, even while racing out on the course.  Eddie also trains for OCR everyday doing CrossFit, HIIT and Yancy Camp getting ready for the next race and seeking the functional strength and fitness level that will take him to his next podium.
